Buttercup Facial Bar and Moisturizing Scrub Skin Set - buy both and save!
Are you a gentle flower with dry, delicate, perhaps not-as-young-as-you-used-to-be skin? You need a facial bar that soothes & moisturizes as it cleanses, & Buttercup is just the thing... I start with my fabulous coconut-free hot process formula, local raw goat milk, organic carrot juice & agave nectar for a super mild, gentle bar. Then I add a chunk of face-loving organic cocoa butter & a drizzle of meadowfoam seed oil to make sure your skin is nicely moisturized. Finally, I add a beautiful blend of essential oils picked specifically to benefit dry & delicate skin, but that also smell absolutely amazing - light & sweet, gently fruity & floral. Buttercup is a special treat for delicate bunnies :)
This listing is for one (1) enormous 5-ounce bar of hot process soap & a 5 ounce jar of moisturizing facial scrub. If you find glycerin soaps a bit too drying, my hot process soap is the bar for you. I've spent several months developing a coconut- & shea-free, formula that lathers beautifully & is packed with nourishing vegetable oils & butters. I make my hot process soap in small batches, & allow each batch to cure for 3 weeks to ensure a firm, mild bar. Each hand-cut bar measures 3x3x1 inches, & weighs approximately 5 ounces. As always, your soap will arrive hand-wrapped, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Olive Oil, Organic & Sustainable Palm Oil, Water, Goat Milk, Organic Carrot Juice, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Mango Seed Butter, Castor Oil, Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Agave Nectar, Citrus sinensis (Blood Orange) Oil, Lavandula officinalis (Lavender) Oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Oil, Organic Cocoa Butter, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Calendula officinalis (Calendula) Petals Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from bar to bar. Hot process soap has a marbled, natural appearance. Streaks, swirls & blobs are all part of the charm, & in no way affect the quality of your soap :) What the heck is hot process soap, anyway? Moisturizing Facial Scrub is a luxuriously soft, gentle sugar & clay scrub, fortified with nourishing meadowfoam seed, rice bran, avocado & jojoba oils, rich organic cocoa butter & carrot extract. Massaged into wet skin, it emulsifies into a light, creamy lotion that gently cleanses, polishes & moisturizes, leaving you feeling deliciously soft & smelling wonderful :) I've adjusted this recipe from my usual Sorbetto formula, so you'll notice a richer texture & more gentle cleansing. A little goes a long way, & I advocate scrubbing your face no more than 2-3x a week. My Moisturizing Facial Scrub is blended by hand in small batches with no SLS/SLES, parabens, propylene glycol, -cones, animal products, coconut oil or shea butter (for my sensitive customers). I don't whip my scrubs, so you get a jar packed with product, not air. I pack Moisturizing Facial Scrub in a recyclable plastic jar, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Sucrose (Sugar), Jojoba Oil, Organic Cocoa Butter, Rice Bran Oil, Avocado Oil, Water, Glycerin, Meadowfoam Seed Oil, Organic Brown Rice Powder, Rose Clay, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Sorbitol, Disodium Lauryl Sulfo-succinate, Citrus sinensis (Blood Orange) Oil, Lavandula officinalis (Lavender) Oil, Cananga odorata (Ylang Ylang) Oil, Carrot Extract, Sodium Chloride (Salt), Phenoxyethanol, Tetra-sodium EDTA
Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from jar to jar. To prolong the life of your Moisturizing Facial Scrub, keep it tightly sealed & avoid introducing excess water to the jar. A clean plastic spoon is ideal for scooping out just the right amount :) Please use Moisturizing Facial Scrub within 3 months of opening, & discontinue use if irritation occurs. I specifically blend Moisturizing Facial Scrub not leave a greasy film, but it may leave your tub a bit slippery, so do be careful :)
