Crimson and Clover Hot Process Soap - Nag Champa, Cannabis Flower, Hemp... Limited Edition
Crimson and Clover Hot Process Soap
Dreamy nag champa incense, cannabis flower & hemp leaf
Incense lovers & flower children take note... A close cousin to PBSW favorite High in the 70s, Crimson & Clover is a groovy salute to the psychedelic rock that peppered my childhood. It's heavy on the patchouli & sandalwood, with a wisp of sweet frangipani flower & herbaceous hemp, a delicious smoke-less incense blend. Yeaaaahhhh.

This listing is for one (1) enormous 5-ounce bar of hot process soap, made from scratch by me in my own workshop. If you find glycerin soaps a bit too drying, this is the bar for you. I've spent several months developing a coconut- & shea-free, vegan formula that lathers beautifully & is packed with nourishing vegetable oils & butters. I make my hot process soap in small batches, & allow each batch to cure for 3 weeks to ensure a firm, mild bar. Each hand-cut bar measures 3x3x1 inches, & weighs approximately 5 ounces.
As always, your soap will arrive hand-wrapped, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Water, Olive Oil, Organic & Sustainable Palm Oil, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Mango Seed Butter, Castor Oil, Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Fragrance Oil, Organic Agave Nectar, Iron Oxide, Mica
Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from bar to bar. Hot process soap has a marbled, natural appearance. Streaks, swirls & blobs are all part of the charm, & in no way affect the quality of your soap :)
What the heck is hot process soap, anyway? Learn more at my blog: http://paintboxsoapworks.wordpress.com/2012/02/01/so-whats-this-hot-process-thing/

Good god, this is EXACTLY like walking into those head shops that used to be all over the place in Harvard Sq when I was a teenager. You walked in, giggling with your friends like you were getting away with something, and wandered around this esoteric shop while some guy wearing a hippy tunic sat at the counter, chatting at you across the store. This soap threw me back mimblemumble years to that time!
