Last Rite Hot Process Beer Soap
Cedar and cypress woods shaking off the last snows of winter, basking in the warmth of golden amber, bergamot, & wild honeycomb
PBSW is colluding with Collusion Tap Works!
Made with Imperial pilsner brewed right here in York, PA, Last Rite is a bracing, green-gold scent that chases away the lingering cobwebs to leave you smelling like some kind of ancient forest spirit come to life... Beer soaps yield amazing lather & gentle conditioning, & are perfect for the hair as well as the body! Mister PBSW says this blend reminds him of a high end Irish Spring, but in a good way, & he's not wrong!
This listing is for one (1) 5+ounce bar of hot process soap, made from scratch by me in my own workshop. If you find glycerin soaps a bit too drying, this is the bar for you. I've spent several months developing a coconut- & shea-free formula that lathers beautifully & is packed with nourishing vegetable oils & butters. I make my hot process soap in small batches, & allow each batch to cure for 3 weeks to ensure a firm, mild bar. Each hand-cut bar measures 3x3x1 inches, & weighs approximately 5.5 ounces.
As always, your soap will arrive hand-wrapped in cellophane, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Olive Oil, Organic & Sustainable Palm Oil, Beer, Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Mango Seed Butter, Castor Oil, Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Fragrance Oil, Green Oxide, Mica
Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from bar to bar. Hot process soap has a marbled, natural appearance. Streaks, swirls & blobs are all part of the charm, & in no way affect the quality of your soap :)
