My Instagram followers will recognize that hashtag... Stubbs the Cat came into our lives a few years ago, showing up as a pitifully petite, desperately sick little stray in our back garden. She was so, so sick, suffering from extensive burns on her back legs & what remained of her tail, but an absolute beauty, & after a few days it became clear that we had to get her some serious medical care. One expensive emergency surgery later, we suddenly found ourselves cat owners & brought her home. Stubbs has been the absolute star of our household ever since, growing into a luxuriously large cat with an even bigger personality. She's an absolute pain in the ass, a sasspot, a loudmouth, a chair-destroyer, window screen shredder, & pre-dawn door-scratcher, but we could not imagine our lives without her funny little face peeking around doorways and burrowing into her favorite brown paper trash piles. #DoYouMind is a bittersweet blend of dark roast coffee, cocoa, & cream, with ribbons of caramel & sweet orange to echo the luscious striping of Stubbs' tempting belly as she flops on the carpet and rabbit-kicks her favorite jingle toy. Be kind to your strays <3

This listing is for a huge 6 ounce bar of luxurious glycerin soap, hand cast in small batches with no SLS, propylene glycol, parabens, animal products or other funny stuff! Most of my fragrances are phthalate-free, too!

My bars produce gorgeous, abundant lather & have unique scents that cling gently to your skin. You'll be left feeling clean & smelling wonderful.

I hand-wrap each bar in cellophane, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:

Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer), Oat protein (conditioner), Fragrance Oil, Titanium Dioxide, Mica

Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from bar to bar.

That’s a sassy coffee!

General Soap formula(sample): Medium-High Lather that has high spreadability. Non-drying, leaves a clean, soft finish on the skin. It dissolves a little fast. So these work well if you hold them in your hand and use the falling soap water from them.

This one in particular has a little bit of Mica bleed.

Blind scent impression: I get predominantly a tart, orangey citrus and some strong espresso. Underneath is some vanilla with creamy, borderline white chocolate tones.
After looking at notes: I think they were captured well.
It has medium throw in the shower.
It is edgier than it is creamy. It’s more robust than cuddly. You must like a zingy orange to probably love this. The espresso and base are awesome.

This is a beautifully scented soap with lovely layers, that (like so many of Hayley's soaps!) lathers well and leaves my skin so, so soft. I love the hint of orange against the coffee, and the inspiration for this one is so cute.

I ordered this because I couldn't imagine how the clementine would play into this scent mix, and really needed to find out. :-) For me, this is very evenly balanced between espresso, caramel, a little cream to smooth those two out, and then the clementine brightens the whole mix. And, as always, it lathers beautifully.
Smells delicious but can get cloying

If you love caramel, this is the soap for you! As always for Paintbox, it lathers beautifully and leaves skin smooth and moisturized. However, I didn't get the coffee or tangerine smells because the sugary sweet caramel is so overwhelming. If super duper sweet is your thing, then this soap's for you. Personally, I probably won't order again unless the sweetness is taken down a notch.
