Appendant Shaving Soap - Whisky, Leather, Tobacco, Pimento, Woodsmoke... Yuletide Limited Edition
Product Description
Appendant Shaving Soap
Single malt whisky, well worn leather armchairs, a whiff of tobacco and pimento, & warm embers in the grate
Made with rich unsulfured molasses & gilded in bronze, Appendant recalls the best of all things cozy & British: warm leather, oak & peat, spicy pimento berries, a touch of woodsmoke, & a pouch of fine pipe tobacco. It's the scent of quiet evenings by the fire, leather-bound books, terrible puns & fantastical worlds. Never mind the dark...
This listing is for a generous 4-ounce round of my luxurious glycerin soap, fortified with ultrafine bentonite clay for a smooth, comfortable shave. I use a hefty, round mold that sits handsomely in a shaving bowl, or you can lather up with your hands. The end result? Huge, stable lather, great slip & delicious scents to get you soft, smooth & ready for action. I hand cast in small batches with no SLS, propylene glycol, parabens, animal products or other funny stuff! Most of my fragrances are phthalate-free, too. My bars produce gorgeous, abundant lather & have unique scents that cling gently to your skin. You'll be left feeling clean & smelling fantastic.
I hand-wrap each bar in cellophane, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerin (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol (moisturizer), Sorbitan oleate (emulsifer), Oat Protein (conditioner), Fragrance Oil, Bentonite, Titanium Dioxide, Mica
Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from bar to bar.

Creamy, dreamy, moisturizing

Love PBSW shaving soaps. Yes, they are absolutely fabulous for actual shaving, and make a sudsy, slippery coating for a quick shave. But in the cold, dry winters, I use shaving soap as my primary body washing soap, as the extra moisture is most welcome in Midwest winters.
