My nourishing Sorbetto formula gets fattened up with a chunk of face-loving organic cocoa butter & a drizzle of meadowfoam seed oil to make sure your skin is nicely moisturized. A bit of fine sugar, mild rose clay & organic brown rice powder polish gently but thoroughly. Finally, I add a beautiful blend of essential oils picked specifically to benefit dry & delicate skin, but that also smell absolutely amazing mixed with the rich scent of cocoa butter - like chocolate oranges & sweet flowers. Moisturizing Facial Scrub is a luxuriously soft, gentle sugar & clay scrub, fortified with nourishing meadowfoam seed, rice bran, avocado & jojoba oils, rich organic cocoa butter & carrot extract. Massaged into wet skin, it emulsifies into a light, creamy lotion that gently cleanses, polishes & moisturizes, leaving you feeling deliciously soft & smelling wonderful :) I've adjusted this recipe from my usual Sorbetto formula, so you'll notice a richer texture & more gentle cleansing. A little goes a long way, & I advocate scrubbing your face no more than 2-3x a week. In between, try my Buttercup, Nihilist or Second Breakfast Hot Process bars. The full-size jar of Moisturizing Facial Scrub will last 2-3 months if used according to directions.

Since I work in small batches, you may notice slight variations in color from jar to jar. To prolong the life of your Moisturizing Facial Scrub, keep it tightly sealed & avoid introducing excess water to the jar. A clean plastic spoon is ideal for scooping out just the right amount :) Please use Moisturizing Facial Scrub within 3 months of opening, & discontinue use if irritation occurs. I specifically blend Moisturizing Facial Scrub not leave a greasy film, but it may leave your tub a bit slippery, so do be careful.
