2020 was a disaster on so many levels, but for me, it was also a year of self reckoning & discovery, of facing hard truths & deciding what I was going to do about them. It was the year that I felt my roots in the earth, took up my sword, & turned my face to the rising sun. It was the year I let myself feel my own magic, & this scent is the embodiment of that energy, airy & mutable, silvery, solitary, self-aware, & ready for anything.

Sparkling frankincense & apricot-tinged olive blossom dawn over cool dry black tea leaves, the morning air crisp and clear with lavender buds, white amber, tufts of moss & cardamom, & a breath of deep cypress. Sword & Sky is fleet & unencumbered, calming & brightening, a firmly planted foot & a an arrow leaping to the sky. Daikon radish extract is an amazing alternative to traditional silicones, providing silky shine & skin-feel without build-up or environmental concerns, Meadowfoam seed oil provides excellent scent retention plus a massive dose of antioxidants, meaning your PBSW scents will stick around both in the bottle & on your skin. Argan & jojoba oils team up to treat your hair, your scalp, & your skin with gentle moisture, & a tiny drizzle of isopropyl myristate keeps things from getting greasy. Your favorite PBSW blends, made from quality, vetted, phthalate-free synthetic fragrance oils & essential oils, are added at a percentage that gives delicious throw without the risk of dermal irritation or gassing your coworkers out of the elevator.
