Product Description
Traveler's Balm - Beard, Lip, & Body Balm
The road goes ever on & on, but Traveler's Balm keeps you looking & feeling like you just stepped out your door! By request of the folks at Celtic Knot Works I've developed a long lasting balm formula that can be used externally from head to toe. Use it to dress & condition your beard, protect your lips from dry air, keep your hands soft & supple, ease chafing, & soothe callouses. You can also use it to condition smooth leather (not suede) & keep those pack straps from squeaking as you put one foot in front of the other.
I've selected a variety of skin-loving oils & butters that allow Traveler's Balm to moisturize & protect without leaving a greasy film or clogging pores. Plant-based candelilla wax adds light control to smooth beards and flyaways, & I don't add any fragrances or essential oils so that you can keep a low profile. For control AND irresistible scent, top Traveler's Balm with a dab of Solid Cologne or Hair & Perfume Oil.
This listing is for a packable 1.5 ounces of Traveler's Balm, blended by hand in small batches with no SLS/SLES, parabens, propylene glycol, -cones, animal products, coconut oil or added fragrance. I pack Traveler's Balm in a recyclable plastic jar, with all ingredients clearly labeled for your peace of mind:
Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Butter, Persea Americana (Avocado) Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil
Use within 1 year of opening, keep jar closed firmly, & do not expose to excess moisture or direct sunlight. While Traveler's Balm is formulated to remain solid while in a pocket or on the trail, excessive heat will cause it to liquefy. In such an event, brief refrigeration should allow Traveler's Balm to re-solidify, though you may notice a change in texture. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, & discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Hit the road!

Love this!

So far I've been using it on my lips and hands, and it's by far the best balm I've tried. It actually helps rather than make my skin feel drier afterward, like some lip balms and hand creams. It soaks right in and disappears, leaving no greasy residue on my hands, which I also love!

I use this balm every day for my beard. Love it a lot. And it's not just me. Hayley of Paintbox Soapworks partnered with me on this one for Celtic Knot Works, and so I buy it wholesale as well, and people really love it. At the last show we did, a young fellow came by our booth and bought one to take home. Well, the next day right at open, he came back, and he bought out all our remaining stock! In summary: It's good stuff.

The best balm!

Okay I am biased but this is the best balm i've ever tried. Many other balms leave a greasy feel that I just don't care for, but I just keep trying balms anyway! lol. Well -- Traveler's Balm is the balm to rule them all! Long lasting, non-oily, and great. I use it on my cuticles, I use it as lip balm, my husband uses it as a beard balm, it's just great stuff. You will love it. LOVE IT.

Use it for EVERYTHING!

My family uses this for all sorts of things. Husband's can't-live-without beard oil? Traveler's balm. Kid's have chapped hands, and everything they put on them burns? Traveler's balm. Lips are chapped? Traveler's balm. Best post-shave lotion? Traveler's balm. SIL forgot the diaper cream for nephew? Traveler's balm.
It's gentle, effective, and unscented--a perfect recipe for versatility, and of course traveling. I keep an extra on hand that just stays in my purse.
