It's a cluster of family-owned & run hoop houses perched on a hill overlooking the county, & even when there's still snow on the ground, the succulent house is full to bursting with green, growing things: burro's tail, kalanchoe, aloe, Christmas cacti, & my favorite string of pearls, with their fluffy powder brush flowers. The floor of the greenhouse is carpeted with years of moss & rogue creepers, the irrigation system drips quietly into trays of wet gravel, & there's always dragon's blood incense burning in some unseen corner...
